Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed in the Netherlands and orders in the Netherlands will arrive within 1-2 business days. Orders in the rest of Europe will arrive in 2-5 days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
SHIPMENT DELIVERY PROVIDERS
We are not liable for:
- Mistakes made by Postal Service.
- Wrong Address Given by Customers.
- Damage to Order by Postal Service
- PO box issues
- Stolen Packages After Delivery

SHIPMENT DELIVERY PROVIDERS
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The shipping & handling charge for orders under €50 is €5,00 , for orders of €50 and over, we ship for free nationwide!! Delivery delays can occur during busy shopping seasons.
You don’t need to stay at home to receive your order as it is send by regular post. The order will be send in an anonymous envelope and the order will be vacuum sealed so to prevent any odours.
Orders of €100 and over will be sent by registered mail and you will be able to track your order until it arrives. Registered mail needs to be received in person.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
MDI Foods is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc).
DAMAGES
MDI Foods is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.
